Well, the old journal was getting, uh, old. And since I'm not doing anything artsy lately, I'll just stick with wishing everyone a happy new year!

Ok. So. Haven't done anything artsy in years, but having the same journal on your page for over a year (or was it two?) is just silly. Right. I'm tired... Yesterday, I started work at 8 in the morning, like I always do. I work at an ISP, we have out own optic fiber network in various places in the country. I'm one of the engineers of that network. Yesterday, a client had to have his connection installed. And our contractor was having some issues. So, somewhere between 14:00 and 15:00 my boss dropped me off there, cause he had to go somewhere else. *Everything* went wrong... the duct that was supposed to be there in the ground, was nowhere t

So, last saturdaynight I got invited to the beach by vegistie (https://www.deviantart.com/vegistie). Which was a lot of fun. I think the group was supposed to be bigger, but in the end there was just the four of us. One guy I had seen before, the other... well, I think I've seen him :P And vegistie (https://www.deviantart.com/vegistie) obviously. So, on our way to Scheveningen. Had a lot of troubles with the trains last sunday. Horrible. Anyway, the beach on sunday. Lots of sun, cold seawater and good company. Did I mention lots of sun? I got horribly burnt. My legs and feet are burnt. Like, to a crisp. They're glow-in-the-dark. I had a bedlight from below my blankets last night. Ouch. It hurrrrrrrrrrts!
